CPanel
From HelpBase
- The title of this article should be cPanel. The initial letter is capitalized due to technical restrictions.
The Family History Hosting web hosting service includes a website control tool called cPanel. You use cPanel to administer your website. This page includes a summary of cPanel and links to more specific HelpBase articles.
cPanel includes a "Help" link at the bottom of each page, and the User Manual for cPanel is available via the "Documentation" link that is next to the "Help" link. Both those links open pages that are more technical than some users will understand. If the information does not help you, please contact the Family History Hosting Technical Support group using the Support Ticket system.
Our web hosting service includes a separate tool for interacting with our Support group and for managing your financial relationship with Family History Hosting. You access that system via our Members section. That system has a separate username and password.
