Pre-sales Questions

Can I have my own domain name?

Yes! For the Standard Hosting plans, it's required. FHH does not provide domain registration services, but you can acquire a domain name from any domain registrar. We believe it's in your best interest to use one company to register your domain and another company to host the domain. If you don't know how to register a domain, don't worry. We'll describe what you need to do, and help you do it, if necessary.

Archive plans do not require a domain name, and do not support them. Your content is accessible through the "genarchives.com" domain.
